At Dynasty Pressure Washing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our work and strive to provide exceptional exterior cleaning services.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service performed, please notify us within 48 hours of the completion of the job. We will make reasonable efforts to address any areas of concern and, when appropriate, return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.

Service Expectations

Exterior cleaning results may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Age and condition of the surface

  • Existing staining, oxidation, or permanent discoloration

  • Previous damage or deterioration

  • Environmental conditions beyond our control

While we use professional methods and equipment to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee the removal of every stain or defect.

Refunds

Because our services are completed on-site and cannot be returned like physical products, refunds are generally not issued once services have been performed.

However, if Dynasty Pressure Washing determines that a refund is appropriate under exceptional circumstances, any refund will be issued at our sole discretion.

Cancellations

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by contacting us as soon as possible.

If weather conditions prevent us from safely completing the service, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment at a mutually agreed-upon time.
